We have a couple of these people in Boston. One is really creepy, dressed like a Victorian doll that apears to be on puppet strings. He remains perfectly motionless until you give him money, then he does a slow, mechanical curtsy and bats his giant eyelashes like some sort of wind up toy.
Uhhh, there not beggars (you can’t even spell it right!). It’s called performance art. I guess you’ve need seen a street performer before.
That’s like saying people waiting at a bus stop must be loitering.
They aren’t begging, they are working. It’s called performance art and I have to admire the effort. Adds color to life.
These arent beggars - they are buskers/performance artists - I`m not saying that begging is easy but have you ever tried standing still for hours in 40 degrees in full costume and make up !
“Beggars”[correct spelling] is a bit harsh especially since your gaining notoriety from pictures of them performing for your grace.
What de fuk “Beggars in Spain”
Did the term street performers every occur to you.
You ignorant fool
Beggars belief is more appropriate
LOL poor beggars, ROFL dressed all up and stuff so that people won’t think thei’re so damn poor. Street-art mianus, ask any of’em which college they attended - college of streetlifebeggarLOL? ha ha ha

*ahem*
Obviously you have confused the term “busker” with “begger” (sic). These buskers are performance artists who choose to perform in the street. Busking is an ancient and respected form of self-employment, most empahtically it is not begging. Modern-day celebrities who got their starts as buskers include such diverse talents as Bob Dylan and Robin Williams.
How anyone could be this ignorant (or just rude?) absolutely beggars the imagination.
